Electrognathology

Electognathology is an evaluation of the patterns of jaw movement during normal opening and closing chewing, swallowing and speech. Jaw Tracking is a completely non-invasive procedure as all that it involves is placing a headset on the patient and affixing a small magnet to the lower front teeth.

By combining the Jaw Tracker (JT) and the JVA we are able to record the lower jaw movements and TMJ functionally, which produces enormous amounts of diagnostic information.
