Our membership program is specifically created to address the needs, and desires of the modern dental patient. It provides an economical framework to allow you to fulfill your dental needs and desires without the limitations of a third party insurance company.
Benefits of becoming a member:
- Unlimited exams and X-Rays as necessary (no charge for office visits). Codes covered: D140, D120, D180, D274, D272, D220, D230, D330
- 2 free prophylactic cleanings and teeth polishing services per year (48 hours’ notice is required if rescheduling. A broken appt. will result in forfeiting your free cleaning for that day). Codes Covered: D1110, D1120, D4910, D4326
- Two free Fluoride Varnish treatments per year. Codes Covered: D1206, D1208
- Priority access to prime appointment times and same day emergency exams when available
- 15% fee reduction on any other dental treatments required including implants and oral surgeries with no limit to the total treatment fee. Discount may vary if using external financing.
Membership Fees:
Individual: $450 per year
Family (two): $825 per year ($75 discount)
